Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management tool, which will give you full control over your electronic mail accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can create a new mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Also, you can redirect emails from one electronic mail account to another, create e-mail filters, create autoresponders and defend your mailboxes against spam mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome mails will find their way into your email box. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mail messages according to certain rules specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your email accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Just choose the e-mailbox you wish to forward e-mail messages from, then specify the destination e-mail box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your liking to access your email box accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you wish to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
